First of all, thank you for considering buying your wedding stationery with us. We know how precious and important that decision is. We have been there ourselves!

elmo paperstories’ products stand out from other suppliers. It begins with our unique designs and continues on to the high quality of our paper and the hand-operated printing machines used in the production process, which ensures an incomparable finish. All the beautiful products you see have been developed and designed by our German founders. They have been inspired by the rich printing history in Germany and want to continue that proud tradition. We believe the printing expertise we can harness from our exceptional artisanal print partners combined with the eye-for-detail of our designer result in a unique product for each of our customers.

We are German, but proudly based in London and we manufacture a large majority of our products in the UK. We are proud of the relationships we have with our print partners in the UK, who continue to surprise us with their craftsmanship allowing us to make the impossible possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

We dispatch all items from our studio within 7-10 working days. All items are sent by First Class, which takes between 1-3 days, but often products arrive the next day. So you can expect to receive your lovely products 7-12 working days after your order. We know that sometimes organising a wedding can be challenging and timelines can slip – but remember we can always make special delivery available. Please contact the studio to see if we can make it happen for you.

Do you ship to other countries? 

We currently ship to UK and most of Europe. Outside of these countries – get in touch. We will try to make it happen.      

The product is saying out of stock, when will it be back in?
